Introduction

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and wc777f ("Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming platform accessible at wc777f.cam.

By accessing, registering on, or otherwise using the wc777f platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by all provisions contained herein. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the wc777f platform.

These Terms apply to all services offered by wc777f, including sports betting (cricket, football, UFC and other markets), live casino games, slot games, table games, esports betting and any promotional or bonus programmes offered from time to time. These Terms must be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and wc777f.

Definitions

In these Terms, the following words and expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

Account Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

Registration and use of the wc777f platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are aged 18 years or older, or who meet the higher minimum age threshold required by the operator's licensing jurisdiction, whichever is greater. wc777f applies mandatory age verification as part of the KYC process and reserves the right to request documentation at any stage to confirm a User's age.

3.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

The Platform is not intended for use in jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited by law. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure that accessing and using wc777f is lawful in their jurisdiction before registering. Pakistani residents are specifically advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977 and other applicable legislation may prohibit gambling activities. wc777f does not make any representation that use of the Platform is legal in Pakistan or in any other specific jurisdiction.

3.3 Personal Use Only

Registration is for personal, non-commercial use only. Users may not register on behalf of another person, operate an account as an agent, or use the Platform to facilitate betting on behalf of third parties. Corporate accounts, syndicates and automated betting programmes are not permitted.

3.4 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Account. Operating multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated Accounts. wc777f reserves the right to merge or close duplicate Accounts and to adjust Balances accordingly.

Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

When registering an Account, Users must provide accurate, current and complete personal information including their full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other information requested during the registration process. Users are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly update it if it changes.

4.2 Account Security

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their Account credentials, including their password and any two-factor authentication codes. wc777f will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to an Account where the User has failed to maintain adequate credential security. If you suspect unauthorised activity on your Account, you must contact support immediately at [email protected].

4.3 KYC Verification

wc777f may, at its discretion and at any time, require Users to complete KYC verification by providing identity documents (such as a government-issued ID, proof of address or payment method documentation). Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified by wc777f may result in restrictions being placed on the Account, including suspension of Withdrawals.

Terms of Use

5.1 Platform Access

wc777f grants Users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes, subject to compliance with these Terms. This licence does not include any rights to copy, distribute, reproduce, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content.

5.2 User Obligations

By using the Platform, you agree to:

• Provide truthful and accurate information at all times;
• Use the Platform only for lawful personal purposes;
• Not attempt to circumvent any Platform security, access control or technical restriction;
• Not use automated tools, bots, scrapers or scripts to interact with the Platform;
• Not engage in any form of match-fixing, collusion, insider information exploitation or other fraudulent activity;
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.

5.3 Technical Availability

wc777f endeavours to maintain continuous Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance, force majeure events, third-party infrastructure failures and high-traffic periods (including PSL finals and ICC tournament matches) may result in temporary service disruption. wc777f shall not be liable for losses resulting from Platform unavailability.

Betting Rules

6.1 Bet Placement

A bet is considered accepted only when it has been confirmed by the Platform and a bet reference number has been issued. Until confirmation is received, no bet should be considered placed. wc777f reserves the right to decline or void any bet at its discretion, including bets placed in error, bets placed after an event has commenced, or bets placed at manifestly erroneous odds.

6.2 Odds and Markets

Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change until the moment a bet is confirmed. wc777f displays odds in decimal format by default. Users may select fractional or moneyline format where this option is available. Cricket markets — including PSL franchise matches, ICC tournaments and bilateral series — are updated in real time during live in-play betting sessions.

6.3 Void Bets

A bet may be voided and the original stake returned under the following circumstances, amongst others:

• The event to which the bet relates is cancelled, abandoned or suspended without a result being determined;
• The bet was placed at manifestly incorrect odds due to a system or human error;
• Match-fixing or other irregularities are confirmed by the relevant sporting authority;
• The User placed the bet using funds obtained through a fraudulent payment method;
• The market on which the bet was placed is subject to a retroactive rule change by the relevant governing body.

6.4 Accumulator and Parlay Rules

When one or more legs of an accumulator are voided, the accumulator continues with the remaining legs and the odds are recalculated accordingly. All remaining legs must win for an accumulator to return a winning payout. Specific market-level rules may apply to individual sports and event types.

Bonus & Promotions Terms

7.1 General Conditions

All bonuses, free bets and promotional offers made available by wc777f are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, in addition to these general Terms. Bonus figures displayed on the Platform (for example, "100% Welcome Offer up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative examples based on the maximum qualifying deposit and do not represent a guaranteed fixed payment to every User.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds and any winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated in the specific promotion terms. For example, a PKR 1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement requires the User to place PKR 30,000 in qualifying bets before the bonus-related balance becomes withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements — typically slots contribute 100% whilst live casino and table game contributions may be lower or excluded entirely.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

wc777f reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus where there is evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same offer, placing low-risk or hedged wagers to satisfy wagering requirements without genuine recreational play, or exploiting offer terms in ways not consistent with the intended purpose of a promotion.

7.4 Promotional Changes

wc777f may modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time. Changes will not affect bonuses that have already been activated and accepted by a User in good faith, subject to the original promotional terms remaining applicable.

Deposits & Withdrawals

8.1 Deposits

wc777f accepts deposits via the payment methods listed in the Cashier section of the Platform. The minimum deposit amount (illustratively PKR 1,000 — subject to the current operator terms) and any applicable processing times are displayed at the time of transaction. Payment method references displayed on this Platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references for Pakistani users and do not constitute a guaranteed or current availability list. Users must verify supported payment channels within their Account.

8.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to method-specific minimum and maximum withdrawal limits displayed in the Cashier. wc777f reserves the right to require completion of KYC verification before processing any Withdrawal. Processing times vary by payment method; wc777f targets processing within the timeframe stated per method but does not guarantee same-day settlement.

8.3 Currency

The wc777f Platform displays all Balances, stakes and transaction values in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Where a payment is processed via a method that operates in a different underlying currency, conversion rates will apply. The applicable exchange rate will be displayed at the time of transaction. wc777f is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations that affect the PKR-equivalent value of cryptocurrency deposits.

8.4 Anti-Money Laundering

wc777f maintains anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures and reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds deposited into a User's Account. Suspicious transactions may be reported to the relevant regulatory or law enforcement authorities. Users must not use the Platform to transfer, conceal or convert funds derived from unlawful activity.

Responsible Gambling

wc777f is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a suite of player-protection tools accessible from within the Account dashboard. These tools are intended to support Users in maintaining control of their gambling activity and include:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly caps on the total amount that may be deposited into the Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: A maximum duration for any single logged-in session, after which the session closes automatically.
• Loss Limits: A cap on net losses over a defined period, separate from deposit limits.
• Self-Exclusion: A temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform, applied at the User's request. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected exclusion period expires.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the wc777f Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and/or referral to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one Account or registering an Account on behalf of another individual;
• Providing false identity, age or payment information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting technical errors, system glitches or miscalculated odds for financial gain;
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any manipulation of sporting events or casino outcomes;
• Colluding with other Users or third parties to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to launder money or process funds derived from unlawful activity through the Platform;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is expressly prohibited;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other Users or wc777f staff;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, hack or otherwise gain unauthorised access to Platform infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the wc777f Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software code and the overall platform design — is the property of wc777f or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users are granted a limited licence to view and use Platform content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes. No content may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, publicly displayed, published or broadcast without the prior written consent of wc777f. The wc777f name and logo are trademarks of the operator and may not be used without authorisation.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wc777f shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising from a User's access to or use of the Platform, including losses resulting from:

• Betting losses sustained on the Platform, including those arising from odds errors that are subsequently corrected;
• Interruption, suspension or termination of Platform access;
• Delays in processing Deposits or Withdrawals due to third-party payment providers;
• Loss of access to an Account due to the User's failure to maintain credential security;
• Changes in applicable law that affect the legality of Platform access in the User's jurisdiction;
• Inaccuracies in live sports data feeds that affect in-play odds presentation.

Where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law, wc777f's total aggregate liability to any User shall not exceed the amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

13.1 Suspension by wc777f

wc777f may suspend or terminate a User's Account immediately and without prior notice if it determines, in its sole discretion, that the User has breached any provision of these Terms. Upon suspension, access to the Account and to funds held therein may be restricted pending investigation.

13.2 Closure by User

Users may request closure of their Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding bets will be settled in the ordinary course and any Available Cash Balance may be withdrawn, subject to KYC completion and the absence of any pending investigation.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, the licence granted to the User under Section 5.1 is immediately revoked. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (including Sections 10, 11, 12 and 14) shall continue in full force following Account closure.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which wc777f holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause prevents wc777f from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.

Users in Pakistan acknowledge that gambling may be regulated or prohibited under Pakistani law and that the Platform does not hold a Pakistan-issued gambling licence. The governing law clause above does not imply that Pakistani law applies to these Terms or that Pakistani courts have jurisdiction over disputes arising from Platform use.

Amendments to These Terms

wc777f reserves the right to modify, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, wc777f will update the Effective Date displayed at the top of this page and may, where practicable, notify registered Users via email or in-platform notification. It is the User's responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to an update, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.2.
